James Brazill-Boast

James is a Senior Project Officer with the Threatened Species Conservation Team, Conservation Programs Branch, NSW Office of Environment and Heritage. He has a background in behavioural and conservation ecology, completing his PhD on the breeding ecology of the Gouldian finch in the East Kimberley.

James has worked on the development of the Saving our Species of program (SoS) since its inception in 2011.

His current focus within SoS is on decision-support research projects and the program’s monitoring and evaluation framework.
