Heather Christensen is the TSR hub Project Coordinator. Heather has a varied background in developing and managing projects in university, business and agricultural environments. For the last 6 years, she has worked with conservation scientists assisting them with contract administration and reporting requirements of research projects funded through the ARC, NGO’s, INGO’s and the previous NERP Environmental Decisions hub.
Heather has a Bachelor of Behavioural Studies and a Master of Arts (Philosophy), both from the University of Queensland and has a keen objective for helping people. Having grown up along the picturesque base of the Great Dividing Range in a rural community of South East Queensland and having travelled throughout Australia over her lifetime, Heather has developed a passion for protecting the health and wellbeing of our environment and the plants and animals that live within it.
Heather is based at the University of Queensland and works closely with the Hub Knowledge Broker, Science Communications Manager, Indigenous Liaison Officer and Business Manager.
