Her main focus is to guide research activities including workshops, events, webinars, reporting and progress both at the project and hub level. Heather is currently undertaking a Master of Business Administration (part time) and has a Bachelor of Behavioural Studies and a Master of Arts. She is result orientated and focused on efficiencies for improving challenges, creating networks and building connectedness and purpose in the research space.
By background, since 2011, she has worked with conservation scientists assisting them with operational administration and reporting requirements of research projects funded through an ARC COE, NGO’s, INGO’s and the previous NERP Environmental Decisions hub. Prior to the research space, Heather has worked for agricultural and supply chain businesses, and grew up along the picturesque base of the Great Dividing Range on a dairy, grain and beef farm and has travelled throughout much of Australia.
