Christine Taylor

Christine completed a Bachelor of Science (Conservation Biology and Zoology) at the University of Western Australia in 2007 and has since been working as a Conservation Officer with the Parks and Wildlife Service at the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions.

Her role in the nature conservation team in varied, but she has a particular interest in wetland ecology and waterbirds. Her work involves managing wetlands restoration programs and other threatened fauna projects throughout the southwest.

Christine is heavily involved in the Geocrinia monitoring and translocation program, devoting many spring evenings to crawling through swamps to survey the tiny endemics.
