Dave is an applied ecologist, internationally recognised for his high-impact quantitative research on the management of wildlife species, particularly invasive mammal species. He has particular interest in identifying cost-effective approaches to mitigate the impacts of invasive and overabundant native vertebrate species on social, economic and conservation values.

Dave is Senior Research Scientist & Research Leader – Wildlife Monitoring & Management in the Vertebrate Pest Research Unit of the New South Wales Department of Primary Industries.
