Christine Fenwick is the TSR Hub Senior Manager – Business and Operations. Chris is responsible for the operational management of the hub including team coordination, reporting, budgeting, HR, compliance and risk management. Chris has an extensive background in the management of complex programs across multiple organisations, countries and funding sources. For the last 15 years she has worked in various management roles within the not for profit sector in the Netherlands, UK and Senegal. She has worked with a variety of programs including large humanitarian responses, regional and global development programs and international campaigns, working closely with policy and advocacy teams. Prior to this she worked in the private sector in roles including reporting and change management.Chris is a qualified accountant, and has a Masters of program management. Her experience in operational management includes grant management, financial management, business system design and impact measurement. She has a particular interest in quality programing, demonstrating impact and working with and enabling strong teams.    Chris is based at the University of Queensland, and works closely with the Leadership Group, Knowledge Broker, Science Communications Manager,  Indigenous Liaison Officer and Project Coordinator.To contact Chris, email christine.fenwick@uq.edu.au
